今回は2022年秋にAnnals of Rheumatic Diseaseよりpublishされた

「Risk of major adverse cardiovascular events with tofacitinib versus tumour necrosis factor inhibitors in patients with rheumatoid arthritis with or without a history of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease: a post hoc analysis from ORAL Surveillance」

の文献を取り扱いました。

ORAL surveillance試験(N Engl J Med. 2022 Jan 27;386(4):316-326.)で指摘された、高齢かつ心血管リスクを有する関節リウマチ患者さんにトファシチニブ与える影響について、より心血管リスクの高い患者さんに焦点を絞ってpost hoc解析が行われています。ご興味のある方はリンクの資料をご参照ください。
